Love, Love, LOVE this book!!! This is a WONDERFUL book written by Cassey Ho! Her book is so thoughtfully laid out for all fitness levels. It's filled with awesome workouts, recipes and eating plans!! I recently started following Cassey on YouTube and I am so happy to have this book to take with me when I travel for a quick workout wherever I am!
I recommend this book to anyone who is looking to get into shape, but I MUST add...DO NOT start any type of workout, or diet without first consulting with your dr.
